This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product or request a refund.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

To request a return, please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents

  • Products showing normal wear and tear

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share order details and images/videos

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. If approved, we will share return instructions

⚠️ Do not send the product back without approval.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase

5. Replacement (If Applicable)

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A store credit

This will be decided based on the issue and product availability.

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • In all other cases, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped
